Christina York is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Inclusion at Fortis Construction, where she leads the company’s people strategy across a rapidly growing, employee owned firm. With more than 25 years of experience spanning all core areas of HR, Christina is a trusted executive partner known for aligning workforce strategy with business performance, operational needs, and organizational risk management. Before joining Fortis, Christina held senior HR leadership roles at Marsh USA and Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, where she helped guide organizations through growth, transformation, and evolving talent expectations. She has also served in multiple leadership positions within SHRM affiliated organizations, bringing a deeply practical, executive level perspective to conversations about talent, inclusion, and the future of work. In her current role, Christina helps shape a purpose driven culture by advancing people first offerings, best in class employee benefits, and community centered inclusion programs that strengthen both the employee experience and long term organizational sustainability.
