Lauren Belles is Senior Manager of Data Center Early Career and Military Recruiting at Oracle, where she leads teams responsible for building scalable talent pipelines for technical roles across the company’s data center organization. With more than 15 years of talent acquisition experience, Lauren has built recruiting strategies and programs within organizations that serve some of the world’s largest commercial and government clients. Her expertise spans early career recruiting, university partnerships, technology hiring, workforce development, and military recruiting, with a focus on connecting students, veterans, and transitioning service members to meaningful careers in technology. Prior to Oracle, Lauren held recruiting leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, EY, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where she supported enterprise hiring initiatives across both the public and private sectors. She holds a BA with Honors in Journalism and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
