Stephanie Zimmerman is Head of HR, Data Centers for Americas Work Dynamics at JLL, where she leads the people strategy for one of the most mission critical segments of the real estate industry. She oversees the HR function, including business partnering, talent acquisition, labor relations, and learning and development amongst other HR functions with a sharp focus on addressing skilled trades and mission critical talent gaps.
