Katie Irlando, SPHR, is a District HRPD Manager at PCL Construction, where she supports large scale construction projects with a focus on workforce planning, talent development, and employee experience. With more than 16 years of experience in human resources, Katie has led HR teams across complex, project driven environments and currently supports the scaling of PCL’s mission critical and data center work. She brings deep expertise in internal mobility, leadership development, and supporting employees working in remote and high pressure build environments.
